Honeybees visit 2 million flowers to make 1 jar of honey

Bee products are said to be the most magical and spiritual foods on the planet and thus considered a super food as well-as packed with concentrated nutrition.

Honey-is made from the nectar that bees sip from flower blossoms. Raw, wild, unprocessed honey has a rich source f live healing enzymes which increase mental alertness, reflexes and certain honeys from New Zealand and Hawaii have anti fungal, antibacterial and antiviral affects. Honey has shown to provide relief for a number f different disorders including diarrhea, ulcers, irritable bowel syndrome and staph infections.

Bee Pollen-contains vitamin B9 and 22 esential amino acids and an energy rich source of complete protien. They are high in antioxidents that assist in longevity by neutralizing free radicals. Bee Pollen increases strength, endurance, energy and speed. It also reduces the production of histamin, thus neutralizing many allergies. Also helps relieve symptoms of type 2 diabetes by restoring mineral and metabolic deficiencies.

Royal Jelly-for the 1st3 days-female larvae feed on royal jelly an after the 4th day-only special larvae selected to be the queen continue to be fed royal jelly throughout her entire life. A queen is the mother of over a quarter of million bees-and her life span-4-5 years..compared to worker bees who live 3 months or less!!! Royal jelly is known as the rejuvenantor and energy supplement. It has been used through history as alleviating arthritis pain, acting as an antidepressant, along with many other benefits.

Propolis-the substance that seals the hive, highly medicinal, immune supporting and antibacterial.A rich source of vitamins and minerals, amino acids, fats,  and vitamins C and E. It has been used to treat a variety of conditions from arthritis to asthma.

Shopping Savvy for bee products...When purchasing honey, you want to get raw, preferably organic and packaged in glass. (cooked honey has no enzymes) and wild honey has more vitality and more rejuvinating factors. When buying pollen, choose either fresh pollen or look for pollen that has been dried at a hives natural temperature(not above 96F)-this way it retains its complete nutritional value. Keep in freezer for up to 11 years!!! Royal jelly can be frozen or at least refrigerated to preserve its healing and nutritive properties over weeks and months.

Raw honey should not b given to children under 2 due to potential risk of botulism..

Get your buzz on!
